Who We Are Xgrowth Monitring is a follower-monitoring service operated by Muhammad Abubakar, available at https://xgrowthmonitring.online.

Our authorised staff use the service to monitor TikTok accounts we manage, record follower counts, compare growth, rank accounts and identify accounts whose follower counts are increasing, decreasing or remaining unchanged.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information relating to:

TikTok account holders who authorise a connection through TikTok’s official login;
TikTok accounts our staff add manually;
Staff who use our dashboard; and
Visitors to our website. Xgrowth Monitring is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

For privacy questions, contact info@xgrowthmonitring.online. 2. Information We Process Connected TikTok Accounts When you connect a TikTok account, you sign in through TikTok and choose whether to grant the permissions requested by our service.

Our integration requests the following permissions:

user.info.basic: to access your account identifier, display name and profile picture.
user.info.profile: to access your username and profile link.
user.info.stats: to access your follower count. The information available to us depends on the permissions you grant and TikTok’s API availability.

We do not ask you to enter your TikTok password into Xgrowth Monitring.

Our monitoring integration does not request permission to publish posts, send messages, follow accounts or like content on your behalf. Follower History and Calculated Information The service records follower counts together with the date and time of each observation. We use these observations to calculate growth, compare accounts and display monitoring statuses.

Historical information starts when our service records an observation. We do not automatically receive a complete history of an account’s followers before it was added.

Any milestone date represents the first time our service recorded that milestone. It may differ from the date the account originally reached it. Connection Information We process the access tokens, refresh tokens, expiry information and granted permissions needed to maintain an authorised TikTok connection.

These credentials allow our server to request permitted information from TikTok. They must not be shared through support emails or other communications. Manually Added Accounts Our staff may add accounts using a public TikTok username or profile link and manually record follower counts.

Adding an account manually does not itself authorise access through TikTok’s API. Manual records may include account labels, notes and recorded statistics. Staff Accounts We process staff account information necessary to operate the dashboard, such as names, email addresses, authentication information, roles and sign-in activity. Technical Information Our application, hosting systems and service providers may process technical information, including:

IP addresses and browser information;
Session identifiers and activity timestamps;
Requested pages and server access logs;
API request statuses, connection errors and diagnostic information; and
Security information used to detect suspicious activity and prevent misuse.

How We Use Information We use information to:

Identify and display monitored accounts;
Record follower counts and compare changes over time;
Rank accounts and display growth indicators;
Maintain authorised TikTok connections;
Identify connection failures or revoked permissions;
Operate staff accounts and control dashboard access;
Respond to support and privacy requests;
Investigate errors and protect the service; and
Meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use TikTok account information for targeted advertising.

Automatic Follower Checks For connected accounts, the service is configured to check follower counts once a day. Authorised staff may also initiate a manual refresh where this feature is available.

Scheduled checks depend on valid authorisation, TikTok API availability and the operation of our scheduling systems. Updates may be delayed or unsuccessful.

We stop further collection through a connection when it is disconnected or when we detect that its authorisation is no longer valid.

Follower changes show the difference between recorded observations. They do not identify individual people who followed or unfollowed an account. 5. Who Can Access Information Authorised staff can access monitored account information and follower history through the dashboard according to the access provided to them.

We may also disclose or make information available to:

TikTok: to complete authorisation, request permitted account information and manage the connection;
Hosting and infrastructure providers: to host the application, database and related systems;
Technical service providers: where necessary to maintain, support or secure the service; and
Legal authorities or other recipients: where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and service security. Where pages load resources from external providers, such as Google Fonts or TikTok profile-image servers, your browser connects to those providers and may disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

Third-party services handle information under their own applicable policies. 6. Cookies and Sessions Our website uses cookies and similar technologies where necessary to operate sessions, maintain sign-ins and protect forms against unauthorised requests.

These may include a session cookie and a cross-site request forgery protection cookie, such as XSRF-TOKEN.

Cookie duration depends on the application’s configuration. Some cookies may also be set when you visit public pages.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other website functions from working.

We do not use personal information for advertising tracking. 7. Security We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect information and restrict access to authorised users.

Our website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Access to systems that process connection credentials is restricted where necessary for service operation and security.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Do not send your TikTok password, access tokens or other confidential credentials to our support email. 8. How Long We Keep Information We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain relevant monitoring records, address security issues and meet applicable legal obligations.

Account records and follower history: retained while needed for account monitoring, unless deleted earlier following a verified request.
Connection credentials: retained while necessary to maintain an authorised connection. Credentials that are no longer needed are removed or invalidated as part of connection management.
Technical and connection logs: retained for operational, troubleshooting and security purposes, then removed when no longer needed.
Staff information and sessions: retained as needed to manage staff access and service security.
Backups: copies may remain until the relevant backups are overwritten or expire under the hosting and backup arrangements. Disconnecting a TikTok account does not automatically delete follower history already recorded.

Where information must be retained for a legal reason, we limit its use to that purpose. 9. Disconnecting Your TikTok Account You may withdraw authorisation through TikTok’s settings for connected apps and services.

You may also contact info@xgrowthmonitring.online to request that we disconnect your account.

Once we detect that authorisation has been withdrawn or is invalid, we stop further collection through that authorisation.

Previously recorded information may remain until it is deleted under our retention practices or in response to a verified deletion request. 10. Your Privacy Requests You can contact info@xgrowthmonitring.online to request:

Information about the personal data we hold about you;
Correction of inaccurate information;
Deletion of your information;
Disconnection of your TikTok account; or
Other privacy rights available under applicable law, including access, a copy of your information, restriction or objection where applicable. Include your TikTok username and a description of your request.

We may request reasonable information to verify that you own the account or are authorised to act for its owner. Knowing a public username alone may not be sufficient verification.

Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We respond within applicable legal time limits. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions, which we will explain where relevant.

When information is deleted from active systems, copies may remain in backups until those backups expire or are overwritten. If a backup is restored, relevant deletion requests must be reapplied. 11. International Processing Information may be processed in countries where our hosting and technical service providers operate.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we are responsible for ensuring that the relevant processing arrangements meet those requirements.

Contact us if you need further information about where your information is processed. 12. Children Xgrowth Monitring is a business tool intended for authorised adult staff. We do not knowingly allow children to register for staff accounts.
